What you'll do

Learn everything you want to know about HR & Recruiting in a startup! 🚀 You will have the opportunity to actively participate in ongoing projects with direct impact for our Couriers & your colleagues in the office, as well as getting closely acquainted with the day-to-day tasks within HR.

• HR Operations:
  • Handle administrative tasks, including answering inquiries from employees, preparing documents, looking into individual employee cases, and performance management.
  • Review and approve time tracking of our Couriers and help in preparing everything for a smooth payroll when necessary.
• Recruiting:
  • Support our Recruiter(s) in everyday tasks as needed: introduce Peddler to our Courier applicants or help sending out the contracts! Own hiring process? Well, if you're equipped for it, go for it!
  • Show your creative side and help in executing on our Employer Branding content plan. 
• You will see the big picture of the HR team and be able to pick up HR task you're interested in, and we will offer you the support necessary to be successful at them.
  
• You will participate in transformation projects for HR processes, from Employee Performance, Reporting to payroll and Employer Branding and everything in between. 🌟

We are looking for you if:

• You are currently studying HR, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field or are in orientation phase in between/before/after studies.
• You striving for a career in HR and are eager for some insights in a startup - meaning you can cope well with new tools, processes and finding yourself some exciting opportunities to work on at times.
• You are passionate about helping people, and want to learn how HR interacts with business goals and the employee experience.
• You have good written skills in English (Dutch is preferred).
  
• Ideally, you have already gained some insights into an HR department within a company.
• You have the right to work in the Netherlands, as we cannot provide any sort of visa support.
