Hub Shift Lead (evenings & Saturdays, 40h/week)

We achieve this in collaboration with international partners who supply our city hubs, after which we handle the last-mile delivery with our electric fleet. This role requires availability on evenings and every Saturday.

What you'll do

Our hubs keep the engine up and running: from supporting our riders to handling the bikes, and ensuring no package is lost in the shuffle. You will:

• Lead communication between the hub and our headquarters.

• Close the hub and ensure everything is tidy and ready to go for the next shift.

• Support the team with onboarding, problem-solving, and answering their questions.

• Quality (and quantity!) control for irregularities.

• Track hours, shifts, and KPIs for our biggest hub!

• Keep the hub running smoothly by fixing processes and removing blockers.

What you'll need

• Availability on evenings (4 weekdays + every Saturday).

• An MBO or High School Diploma.

• B2-level English (Dutch is nice but not necessary!)

• An eye for quality, safety, and following all security-related rules.

• To be physically fit: you will be walking and lifting a lot.

• Discipline, good organizational skills, and the ability to focus for long periods of time.

• Previous experience working in a hub / logistics would be nice (but not necessary!)

• Any relevant certificate (EPT, forklift, etc.) would be nice.
