We achieve this in collaboration with international partners who supply our city hubs, after which we handle the last-mile delivery with our electric fleet. This role requires availability on Saturdays.

What you'll do

• Developing and optimizing delivery routes for maximum efficiency.

• Monitoring the daily live operation to ensure smooth package transfer and deliveries, problem-solving issues and last-minute challenges as they arise.

• Communicating with teams in different cities to coordinate and resolve routing and package issues.

• Acting as shift lead on Saturdays: monitoring external partner logistics and delivery on Saturdays, being the first point of contact for the operational team.

• You speak Dutch and English fluently.

• 0 - 2 years of experience.

• You have great spatial awareness and can visualize routes easily.

• You are excellent at prioritizing tasks and can make impactful decisions quickly.

• You are a great communicator. This role requires you to be in constant communication with multiple teams in multiple cities, both in Dutch and in English.

• You are empathetic but realistic.

• You are a problem solver and multi-tasker:  proactive and solutions-oriented mindset to tackle operational challenges.

• You are available at least 24h/week.

• This is an onsite role.

• You can work at least every other Saturday.
