At Peddler, we focus on making cities more sustainable through fast, smart, and efficient last-mile delivery. By partnering with over 500 local stores on our platform, we strengthen local retailers in our cities and connect them to the consumer demand using innovative technologies. Our established network enables us to offer same-day delivery from individual stores, leading retail chains and globally recognized brands with our 100% electric fleet.

Our mission is to transform current urban logistics into a fully sustainable network - beyond local retail. We achieve this in collaboration with international partners who supply our city hubs, after which we handle the last-mile delivery with our electric fleet. The role

Join our team at Peddler as an Account Manager - the very first one of it’s kind at Peddler! You will be instrumental in nurturing and expanding relationships with our big and small clients - from top-tier global companies (80% of your time) to your favorite local retailers.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively managing and ensuring the satisfaction of our current clients to ensure sustainable long-term partnerships

  • Handling client performances and driving their growth and success

  • Analyzing data and delivering insightful reports to monitor progress and share them with the team and the clients in weekly meetings

  • Collaborating closely with our customer service team to address client requirements promptly and build up a scalable Customer Journey

  • Implement innovative strategies that set us apart from the competition and give our customers a good feeling (and of course also good results)

  • If you want to gain exclusive Sales-insights, Aron is happy to have company in getting the leads in and kicking off negotiations!

Type of Clients:

  • Interact with dynamic individuals who value their unique perspectives

  • Support small business owners navigating the digital landscape

  • Collaborate with our IT-allrounder Abinash to prepare for client interactions & team up with Aron to always know what’s going on in the Sales pipeline

You will initially report to Aron, with oversight transitioning to James (our CEO). If you’re ready to dive into an exciting and dynamic environment where you can drive meaningful change and engage with a diverse range of clients, we got you!

Job requirements

  • Start-up mindset: We’re here to build Europe’s biggest sustainable last-mile delivery company and that excites you just as much as us, so you apply your passionate and adaptable work approach!

  • Prior experience in Account Management or advanced Customer Service is advantageous. If you’re not a self-runner yet, we will support you with the coaching you need!

  • You speak Customer on minimum level C1: You’re a great communicator and a natural relationship-builder that shows real interest in the clients.

  • You bring an accommodating personality, making people comfortable around you, but also know when it’s time to be assertive and stir the pot.

  • You like to engage with the people around you to create even better results.
