What you'll do

• Independently make critical decisions.

• Coordinate closely with hubs and hub managers.

• Serve as a central communication point across operations.

• Monitor live operations.

• Process operational updates.

• Ensure data accuracy and operational cleanliness.

• Act as a key contact for planners and Rider Controllers to clarify operational setups and resolve live execution questions.

• You have great spatial awareness and can visualise routes easily.

• You are excellent at prioritising tasks and can make impactful decisions quickly.

• You are a great communicator. This role requires you to be in constant communication with multiple teams in multiple cities.

• You are empathetic but realistic.

• You are a problem solver and multi-tasker:  proactive and solutions-oriented mindset to tackle operational challenges.

• This is an onsite role.
