About the role

We’re seeking a Senior Account Manager who can deepen strategic client relationships while driving new commercial opportunities. This senior role calls for someone with strong expertise in account management, business development, and solution selling. You’ll manage key client partnerships, uncover growth potential, and translate customer needs into impactful, commercially successful solutions.

Working closely with teams across operations, customer success, and marketing, you’ll play an active role in shaping Peddler’s continued growth. This position is ideal for a commercially minded, proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes full ownership of results.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts across retail, advertising, hospitality, and related sectors

  • Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers and senior stakeholders

  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and account expansion opportunities

  • Lead new business opportunities from prospecting and pitch through to negotiation and close

  • Develop tailored commercial proposals, account plans, and review materials

  • Work closely with operations and customer-facing teams to ensure strong delivery and long-term client satisfaction

  • Monitor market developments, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify commercial opportunities

  • Represent Peddler in client meetings, trade events, and relevant industry settings

  • Deliver against revenue, growth, and commercial performance targets

Job requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development.

  • Proven track record of managing and growing B2B client relationships.

  • Experience working with retail, advertising, or hospitality clients is a strong advantage.

  • Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and closing skills.

  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

  • Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results.

  • Proactive, strategic, and relationship-driven approach.

  • Fluent in English.
