What you'll do
Leadership & Team Management
Guide and motivate a team of Rider Controllers and Route Planners. As the go-to person for operational issues, you remain calm under pressure, assess situations objectively, and provide clear, effective solutions to keep operations running smoothly. You ensure and support team growth and development.Process Optimisation & Implementation
Identify areas for improvement and develop structured processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Oversee the roll-out of new workflows, ensuring smooth adoption and communication across teams while proactively addressing challenges.Workflow Documentation
Create, maintain, and improve comprehensive documentation for all processes. Ensure information is structured, accessible, and regularly updated to support training, troubleshooting, and operational consistency.Reporting, Data Analysis & Stakeholder Management
Track key performance indicators, analyse operational data, and report insights to senior management. Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders and use data-driven decision-making to continuously optimise processes and enhance overall efficiency.
Job requirements
About you
At least 3 years of work experience with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership or team management position.
Fluency in Dutch and English is required. Our working language is English, but you will need Dutch for your everyday work.
Highly independent with a proactive mindset—making a visible impact is your personal tap on the shoulder.
Strong relationship-building skills and a supportive approach.
Ideally, familiar with high-volume tasks and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
Experience in a leadership role, preferably within live operations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to engage and motivate people.
Experience in process optimisation and implementing new work methods.
An analytical and problem-solving mindset, focused on continuous improvement.
Ability to work independently, structured, and prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment.
A proactive attitude and passion for achieving team goals and improving performance.
